Roasted macadamia and chickpeas chaat

- 1 Cup Chickpeas, soaked overnight and cooked
- ½ Cup Macadamia Nuts
- 1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp. Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp. Chaat Masala
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Green Chutney
- 2 Tbsp. Tamarind Chutney
- 1 Tbsp. Green Chillies, diced
- Salt as per taste
- Sev, Pomegranate and chopped Coriander for garnish
- In a pan dry roast the macadamia nuts for 10 – 15 minutes on a low flame.
- Toss the macadamias with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt until the nuts are fully coated.
- In a bowl mix together the roasted macadamia nuts and boiled chickpeas
- Add diced onions, tomatoes, green chillies, salt and lemon juice
- Add green chutney, tamarind chutney and mix well
- To serve, garnish with sev, pomegranate and chopped coriande
