Refunds and Replacement policy

If there is any substantial damage, packaging leakage, item discrepancy in your order or items past expiration date Gourmads will issue a full refund or exchange for the affected items only.

To avail of a refund or replacement Gourmads may require the customer to provide proof to assess whether your order fulfils the above criteria. This can be provided to our official WhatsApp support number on +91 8433963242 or at contactus@gourmads.com with your order number.

Replacement will be not be accepted if the product has been opened, seal has been broken or partially consumed except in the case of product expiration.

Any and all disputes must be raised within 12 hours of receiving your order. 

Refunds will be processed as follows post their confirmation by Gourmads:

  • NEFT 1-3 business days
  • Online refund  7-10 business days subject to your banking partner

Replacement will be processed within 24 hours of their confirmation by Gourmads.

Customer acknowledges that once a refund initiated, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account  which is subject to your banking partner or payment gateway service providers terms and conditions.

Customer may cancel the order without charge prior to the order being accepted by Gourmads. Gourmads may cancel the order in full or partially in the case of product shortage of unavailability or force majeure events. In the event of cancellation Gourmads will issue a partial or full refund for the affected items

Gourmads reserves the right to decline refund or exchange if the required criteria to avail of a refund/replacement is not met.

Gourmads reserves the right to modify, amend or change our Exchange and Refund Policy from time to time.
